Randall Carter School Announcements
2017 Week of Respect
Randall Carter will hold our annual Week of Respect from October 2-6, 2017.  This year, in addition to our annual anti-bullying themed activities, we will also launch the No Place for Hate Initiative!  With this new goal, we seek to expand our students knowledge of other cultures, celebrate our diversity as a school community, decrease bias that may cause student disagreements or HIB incidents, and to promote better understanding of one another.

New Student Orientation 2017

Hello New Randall Carter Parents and Guardians,

Welcome to Randall Carter Elementary School.  We are very excited for you to join our school community.  We would like to invite you to our New Student Orientation for parents on Friday, August 25th at 10:00 a.m. in the schools media center.  Due to the on-going set up of the rooms, this presentation will be brief and include an overview of the school and a quick tour.  Due to the limited staffing in the summer, please limit attendees to parents and students as there will not be any additional children's supervision or activities set up.

We hope you can join us for this event and look forward to welcoming you to our Cardinal family!

Wayne Township Knowing Your Reader Support

Knowing Your Reader
During parent teacher conferences one of the most important items your teacher will want to discuss is their current reading level.  Your child's independent level informs you of your child’s “just right’ reading level, a level where your child can read comfortably with fluency and understanding.  Please click the link below to access this document to learn more about the types of books and reading traits that fit within each level.
